Rent is about $1,041/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $140,600 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
