Anyone else feel this way? I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $1,041/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. Is this normal for Mishawaka? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
