I've lived in South for about 7 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Pittsburgh, I was surprised by safety. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The safety scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Homeless population growing downtown

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for remote workers. Hope this helps!.

I'm a pharmacist and I've found it's been a really good experience overall. The community is better than expected and there's always something going on.
