Bought a house here in 2019 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Moved here from Boston about 2 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to food scene but Hope this helps!.

As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. public transit used to be much affordable but now it's solid.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's been a really good experience overall. Internet is decent in most areas.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want housing market, then yeah this place is great. But if food scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

We moved here with our family and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Schools in Old Town area are average. Kids love it here.
