Alright, Poverty rate is 10.2%, which is around average. The median home value here is around $221,800, which is actually reasonable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Anyone in a similar situation? Thanks! Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say it exceeded my expectations. The pet-friendliness is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
