Hey, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 5.0%, which is about average. Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
