Best coffee shops in Mission?
Born and raised here. Should I be concerned? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a physical therapist who relocated here from Denver about 7 years ago. The main reasons were weather and a job opportunity.
Pros I've experienced:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Decent public transit for the size
- Good airport with direct flights
Cons that are real:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Homeless population growing downtown
Financially, we've found it improving compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are established, gas is hit or miss.
Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. No regrets on my end..
