Moving from Pittsburgh to Mission next month

My family moved here when I was a kid. Poverty rate is 16.1%, which is higher than I expected. With a population of 86,234, Mission is a smaller city. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What would you do?

My experience has been mostly positive. I'm still on the fence after all this time. The only thing I'd watch out for is outdoor recreation. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..
