Rent vs buy in Mission Viejo -what makes sense?

My partner and I are The median home value here is around $946,300, which is pretty steep. Crime rate is something to consider -Mission Viejo sits at 68.1 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

My experience has been mostly positive. it exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd watch out for is traffic. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

As someone who grew up here, I love the pace of life here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. job market used to be much stable but now it's challenging.
