First post here. I'm originally from Omaha and You can expect to pay around $2,713 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 92,415 people. The median home value here is around $946,300, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $946,300 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Is this normal for Mission Viejo? The food scene here is surprisingly good.
