Hey everyone, Average temperature is around 45--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $427,400 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in Highland area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is food scene. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..

Bought a house here in 2021 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
