Starting a business in Missouri City?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $1,908 for rent here. Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Is this normal for Missouri City? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to.
