Longtime lurker here, Rent is about $2,372/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Mitchellville sits at 176.3 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? Cheers. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
