First post here. Household incomes average around $51,090 in Mobile. Homes are going for about $170,300 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I overthinking this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
