Anyone work in healthcare in Modesto?

Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. Rent is about $1,609/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Has anyone dealt with this? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Weather-wise, the summers are better than expected and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.

I work in finance here and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The job market for my field is challenging. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
