Cheapest neighborhoods in Modesto?

Median household income is $77,899, which feels about average for the area. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Worth doing your research before committing.

Came here for school and stayed because I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The housing market is honestly excellent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
