Longtime lurker here, I'm a 35-year-old HR manager and Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $1,405 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thoughts? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
