Housing in Moline compared to Boston

Longtime lurker here, We have two kids and Crime rate is something to consider -Moline sits at 525.2 per 100K. With a population of 42,235, Moline is a smaller city. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Is this normal for Moline? **Quality of Life:**
