Should I move to Moline or stay in San Diego?

First post here. I'm a teacher here and It's a a smaller city city with about 42,235 people. With a population of 42,235, Moline is a smaller city. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I've lived in The Heights for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Seattle, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good healthcare facilities
- The pet-friendliness scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for retirees. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
