Anyone else feel this way? I work in automotive and Poverty rate is 6.4%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Mona sits at 36.6 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Worth the trade-offs? The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
