Is Monaca a good place to live?

Been meaning to ask this. I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 5,557, Monaca is a small town. Median household income is $64,839, which feels about average for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Let me know your thoughts.

Life in Monaca as a young professional

Been meaning to ask this. Just moved here 10 months ago and Household incomes average around $64,839 in Monaca. Poverty rate is 16.6%, which is higher than I expected. The city has invested a lot in new development. Does this match your experience? I'd say it's better for families than young singles...
