Hey everyone, Just moved here 7 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -Monarch Mill sits at 790.9 per 100K. Poverty rate is 21.7%, which is higher than I expected. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
