Things Moncks Corner needs to improve

Hey folks, I'm a college student here and The median home value here is around $312,800, which seems about average. You can expect to pay around $1,203 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What would you do? The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. public transit used to be much manageable but now it's decent.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want pet-friendliness, then yeah this place is great. But if cultural scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
