Best hidden gems in Mondovi
First post here. Born and raised here. Crime rate is something to consider -Mondovi sits at 333.5 per 100K. Rent is about $822/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? Any help is appreciated. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
