Curious what people think. Median household income is $87,784, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Would love some local perspective. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
