Is Monroe worth it salary-wise?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but It's a a smaller city city with about 35,596 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Monroe sits at 931.8 per 100K. Median household income is $67,265, which feels about average for the area. Household incomes average around $67,265 in Monroe. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
