How much do you pay for rent in Monroe?

Alright, It's a a small town city with about 15,024 people. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $103,638, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thoughts? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit is better than expected here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it exceeded my expectations.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in Fairview area are underrated. Kids love it here.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want nightlife, then yeah this place is great. But if traffic matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The outdoor recreation is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
