Been meaning to ask this. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $1,902 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 19,696 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
