OK so Been living here since 2009. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 5.2%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. What would you do? The suburbs are where most families end up.
