Been meaning to ask this. We have two kids and Rent is about $844/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $844 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Should I be concerned? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up.
