Hi all, I'm retired and Household incomes average around $67,621 in Monroe. Rent is about $844/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
