First post here. Household incomes average around $49,095 in Monsey. Crime rate is something to consider -Monsey sits at 224.2 per 100K. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any advice would be great. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is community vibe. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is nightlife. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..
