Monsey job market vs Indianapolis

Alright, I relocated for work and Household incomes average around $49,095 in Monsey. With a population of 27,787, Monsey is a smaller city. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Am I overthinking this?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it exceeded my expectations. Compared to San Diego it's challenging.
