Should I move to Monsey or stay in San Francisco?

Hey, The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 41.2%, which is higher than I expected. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Is this normal for Monsey? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Hot take but it's been a really good experience overall. I know a lot of people disagree but after 11 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Came here for retirement and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The outdoor recreation is honestly surprisingly good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
