Should I move to Montalvin Manor or stay in Minneapolis?

Poverty rate is 10.4%, which is around average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cheers. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want traffic, then yeah this place is great. But if dating scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
