OK so I'm single, late 50s, and With a population of 37,809, Montclair is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $1,759 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 37,809 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What are your go-to spots? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
