Not sure if this has been asked before, but My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 13.7%, which is around average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Does this match your experience? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
