Best industries in Montebello right now

My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $660,700 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I wrong here? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Bought a house here in 2020 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
