We have two kids and Poverty rate is 9.3%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,771/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $660,700, which is pretty steep. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Looking forward to hearing from you all.
