Montebello vs Albuquerque -which is better?

Alright, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Median household income is $74,955, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $1,771/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $74,955 in Montebello. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

I work in marketing here and it's not perfect but it works for me. The job market for my field is solid. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Bought a house here in 2022 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
