Quick question about Montebello

Alright, I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $1,884 for rent here. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Montebello? Thanks in advance!

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is food scene. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.
