Montegut quality of life -am I missing something?

OK so Been living here since 2005. The unemployment rate is 0.9%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $857/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $105,000 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What do you all think? ...
