Best neighborhoods in Monterey Park

Hey, I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $818,300, which is pretty steep. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Has anyone dealt with this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Internet is average in most areas.

Came here for my partner's job and stayed because I genuinely enjoy living here. The pet-friendliness is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
