Best areas to explore in Montgomery?

Alright, I'm originally from Tucson and Median household income is $55,687, which feels about average for the area. The median home value here is around $148,500, which is actually reasonable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I overthinking this? Cheers.

I've lived in Maple Ridge for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Lots of new development happening
- The housing market scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Homeless population growing downtown

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for couples. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
