I'm a college student here and Rent is about $1,059/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $148,500 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
