Curious what people think. I'm a teacher here and The median home value here is around $270,700, which seems about average. Median household income is $96,985, which feels pretty solid for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

The food scene here is challenging. Tons of great Mediterranean places. it exceeded my expectations.
