What I wish I knew before living in Montgomery Village

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in finance and The median home value here is around $367,100, which seems about average. Median household income is $96,487, which feels pretty solid for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are improving, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is healthcare. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

I've lived in Greenfield for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by weather. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- The housing market scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Can feel isolated
- Homeless population growing downtown

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for remote workers. Definitely worth checking out..
