Been meaning to ask this. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $1,462/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,462 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Let me know your thoughts. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
