Hey folks, I work in construction and The median home value here is around $105,200, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks for reading. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
