Why I chose Montverde over bigger cities

Been meaning to ask this. I work in tech and Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Is this normal for Montverde? Cheers.

Weather-wise, the summers are hit or miss and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.
